Integrations and automation

Enquiries that arrive in one system and have to be retyped into another, spreadsheets kept in sync manually, reports assembled by hand every week. Most of it can be connected and left to run.

A good fit when

  • The same data is being typed into two systems
  • A weekly report is assembled by hand
  • A tool you pay for has an API nobody has connected

What is included

  • Website forms wired into CRM, email or messaging tools
  • Payment, booking and scheduling integrations
  • Third-party APIs connected with proper error handling and retries
  • Scheduled jobs for recurring exports, imports and reports
  • Webhooks that fail loudly rather than silently

What you receive

  • The integration running in production with credentials held in environment variables
  • Monitoring or alerting so a failure is noticed by you, not by a customer
  • Written documentation of what talks to what, and what to do when it stops

How it works

  1. Map

What data exists, where it starts, where it needs to end up, and who currently moves it.

  2. Connect

The integration is built with validation at each boundary, sensible retries, and no secrets anywhere near the browser.

  3. Observe

Alerting so failures surface immediately, plus a documented manual fallback for the days an external service is down.

Pricing

Every engagement is quoted individually after a short conversation about scope. Quotes are given in GBP and confirmed in writing before any work starts.
